Position: Associate Customer Appeasement Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Customer Appeasement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and managing customer complaints. The person will play a vital role in developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with current and potential customers.

Job Description:
1. Responding to customer complaints, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
2. Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
3. Investigating customer complaints to identify root problems and recommend effective solutions
4. Implementing different tactics and strategies to satisfy the customers
5. Following customers’ accounts and analyzing to provide new opportunities for customer retention
6. Developing and communicating various reports, metrics, and KPIs to measure and quantify the customer satisfaction.
7. Collecting and presenting customer feedback to other departments for improving products or services
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide a better experience to the customers
9. Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
2. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or relevant customer-facing roles
3. Good understanding of customer satisfaction measurements and best practices
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Knowledge of CRM software (ex. Salesforce) and complaint handling tools
6. Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
8. Good negotiator and problem solver.
