Store Manager
The Store Manager (also known as Café Manager) is responsible for the overall management of the floor operations of the café as well as administrative duties within the office of the café. "This position requires someone experienced, energetic, and willing to be flexible with scheduling", who is excited to work with and alongside staff to ensure operations are of the highest quality and up to code.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the location, managing and training staff, ensuring a positive, safe and legal working environment, tracking and ordering inventory across a variety of suppliers, real-time problem solving, expense management, interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience, and being a brand ambassador for our growing brand. Ultimately, you will help increase profitability, boost customer engagement and turn our cafe into a favorite local spot.
