**Job Title: Carpenter**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and a dedication to delivering high-quality results. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction and renovation of structures by using a variety of wood, steel, and other building materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and written specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, steel, and other materials.
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, doors, and trim.
- Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures to ensure stability and safety.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on-site.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures during all phases of the project.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or a similar role in construction.
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
- Strong math skills for measuring and calculating materials and dimensions.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina, with the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
- A completed apprenticeship or vocational training in carpentry is preferred.

**Working Conditions:**

- Full-time position with potential overtime work to meet project deadlines.
- Work may be indoors or outdoors depending on project requirements.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
